WooCommerce
- 1Add your store and choose a plan.
- 2Download the plugin: your licence key is already inside.
- 3WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload, then Activate. It connects by itself and sends the last 30 days of orders.
- 4Add tracking on an order and set it to Shipped. Your customer gets the email.

Shopify
- 1Add your store and choose a plan.
- 2Create a store app in Shopify’s Dev Dashboard with order access (the guide shows each click).
- 3Paste the app’s Client ID and secret in genRAG.AI. Webhooks are added and 60 days of orders imported.

Questions store owners ask
How does the assistant know where an order is?
Your store sends each order and every change (status, tracking) to genRAG.AI. When a shopper asks, the assistant first asks for the order number and the email or phone used, and only then answers with that order’s status and tracking link. It never shows anyone else’s order.
What do I download?
For WooCommerce, a normal WordPress plugin (.zip) with your licence key already inside: upload it in Plugins → Add New and it connects itself. For Shopify, a setup kit with the theme snippet and a step-by-step guide; your orders connect through your own Shopify app.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create your store in the dashboard and use the order desk, email previews and the assistant with sample orders. The plugin download and Shopify connection unlock after payment.
Will customers get two emails?
Choose which emails genRAG.AI sends. For WooCommerce one tick switches off WooCommerce’s matching emails; on Shopify turn off the shipping notifications in Settings → Notifications.
How does COD confirmation reduce returns?
Cash-on-delivery buyers get an email to confirm their order with one tap before you ship. Orders that are not confirmed, or that the buyer cancels, are flagged so you can call them or hold the parcel. Fewer parcels come back unopened.
What does the risk score look at?
Cash on delivery and order value, first-time buyers, earlier cancelled or returned orders from the same phone or email, phone numbers and PIN codes that do not look right, throw-away email addresses and many orders in a day. Each order shows its reasons.
Which couriers work?
Any. Add the courier, tracking number (AWB) and link on the order; Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, India Post, Xpressbees, Shiprocket and others are suggested.
Is my data safe?
Only what is needed for these features is sent (order number, items, totals, customer name and contact, city, PIN code, tracking). No card details. Every message between your store and genRAG.AI is signed, and you can disconnect at any time.
