By purchasing a genRAG.AI Gold Metal NFC Card or registering an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Physical Hardware & Delivery

Each Gold Metal Card is manufactured from solid brass alloy with 24K gold electroplating and custom laser engraving. Because cards are personalized with your name and unique dynamic QR code, production begins upon admin review approval.

2. 7-Day Free Trial & Subscription Terms

Newly approved profiles receive 7 days of full free platform access. At the end of the trial period, an active subscription (Basic ₹129/mo, AI ₹199/mo, or AI Premium ₹299/mo) is required to maintain public profile accessibility. Expired profile data is preserved safely.

3. Bring Your Own AI (BYO AI) Billing

Subscribers utilizing third-party AI provider keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) acknowledge that external providers bill API token usage directly according to their respective developer pricing schedules.
