Nothing is booked until the patient has reviewed every detail, said Yes and confirmed their email.

Questions clinics ask

What does the patient need to give to book?

Full name, mobile number, email address, the reason for the visit and a date and time from the free slots. AURA or RAGA asks for anything missing, reads everything back for review and books only after the patient says Yes and types the 6-digit code sent to their email.

Can the patient change something before booking?

Yes. At the review step they can say "change the time", "change the email to …" or tap a button for name, phone, email or reason. The assistant updates it and shows the review again.

How does it know when a doctor is free?

Each doctor has their own working days and hours. If the doctor shares their Google Calendar with your clinic's connected account, busy times there are skipped too. Every booking is re-checked at the last moment, so two patients can never get the same slot.

Which languages and voices are supported?

Booking works by voice or text in English, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. AURA has a female voice and RAGA a male voice; you choose who greets your patients.

Do confirmations come from our clinic?

Yes, once you connect your clinic email in the dashboard (it is tested before it is saved, and the password is stored encrypted). Until then genRAG.AI sends them on your behalf with your clinic name.

Is patient information private?

Bookings are visible only to your clinic's account. Doctors' emails and calendars are never shown to visitors. Codes are stored only as secure hashes and expire in 10 minutes.
